As residents, Coastal Maine Vacations staff are available to help you make the most of your trip to Coastal Maine.  We strive to have your property ready with everything you need and to provide you with all the information you will need even before you have to ask for it.

But if you DO need something, our staff are here to help daily (and on-call 24/7 for emergencies).  We communicate with you the way YOU want to communicate.  That can be using our webchat or simply giving us a call. We’ll also be sending you a few texts before and during your stay with important information about the house, your lock code and other updates.
